TERMS & CONDITIONS
Reward Redemption: Members can redeem threads for discounts on future purchases, with each threads valued at ₹1. Threads cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to a bank account.
Eligibility: The loyalty program is available to individuals aged 18 years and above.
Maximum Utilization: The highest threshold for thread usage is 75 per purchase. However, this restriction does not apply to purchases made during the Birthday Month.
Earning threads: Members accrue 10 threads for every ₹500 spent on qualifying purchases. threads are added once the return/exchange period concludes. If no return or exchange is required, customers can confirm to receive threads immediately.
Expiration of threads: Accrued loyalty threads are valid for 03 months from the date of issuance and cannot be reinstated or used for redemption once expired.
Referral Program Conditions: Members receive 50 threads for each successful referral, credited when the referred friend completes their first purchase of ₹500 or more.
Birthday Rewards: Birthday threads are automatically added to the member's account on their birthday month and are valid for use within the birthday month only.. While using special birthday rewards, other redemptions are temporarily disabled.
Review Rewards: Members earn 50 threads for each approved product review. Reviews must be genuine and directly related to the purchased item.
Privacy and Data Usage: Member data is collected solely for loyalty program administration. Zlaata Fashion strictly adheres to a robust privacy policy, ensuring member information remains confidential and is not shared with external parties.
Communication of Changes: Members will receive notifications of any amendments to the terms and conditions via email and through announcements on the Zlaata Fashion website.
