How do I pay for my orders?
  • You can opt for any payment method that is convenient for you from the below list.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • Credit card or debit card
    • Net banking
    • UPI ID
  • Is it safe to place an order with a credit or debit card?
  • Big Yes, all your information is secured. Information provided by you on the transaction is completely safe with us. To know more about our concealment, please go through our privacy policy.

  • Can I modify my order? If yes, how can I modify it?
  • Modifying an already existing order is possible only if the order has not been dispatched. To do so drop us an email at Info@zlaata.com.

  • If I receive the wrong product, can I get a replacement?
  • We usually take utmost care from our side to avoid the blunder. Unfavorably, if you receive the wrong product raise a replacement request within 7-10 days of the product being delivered.

  • Why have I not received my order yet?
  • In rare situations, an order may get delayed more than expected due to a courier or shipment issue. And, in that case, we’ll intimate you via email of the order status.

  • My order shows delivered, but I have not received it yet.
  • Generally, our delivery partner delivers the order to the respected recipient at their delivery address only. If in case you didn’t receive your order even after the delivery intimation, drop us a mail via Info@zlaata.com within 2 days. Note: If any complaint is raised after 2 days of the delivery, intimation may not be considered.

  • Size is not available now; how long do I have to wait?
  • We can’t provide any specific timeline as to when sizes will be available. You can click the notification button next to the add to bag icon to get instant notice of the size's availability in the future.

  • I just canceled my order. When will I receive my refund?
  • It takes anywhere from 5-7 working days from our side to process your refund.

  • How will I receive my refund amount?
  • For all prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the corresponding bank account. For all cash-on-delivery orders, a refund will be provided either through an e-voucher for future purchases on Zlaata.in or NEFT transfer.

  • Can I modify my delivery address?
  • The changes like building name, house number, and street name can be modified only before placing the order.

  • How to check the status of my order at Zlaata?
  • We will send you tracking details once your order is shipped from our warehouse. You can check the courier website that is given in the message. And you can track your order with the tracker ID from Zlaata.

  • Does Zlaata charge for shipping?
  • No, we don’t charge any fare for shipping if your payment is done via any mode of the online transaction. If your payment is in the form of COD, we charge Rs 99 for orders below 999.
    Note: COD refers to Cash On Delivery. We at Zlaata offer to pay for the purchase at the doorstep.

  • What is Zlaata's 7-day return & exchange policy? How does it work?
  • We offer you 7 days of return or exchange or replacement of the product purchased on Zlaata within 7 days. Only if the product comes under these specific conditions like,

    • Improper fitting

    • Defective product

    Note: An unpacking video is necessary if you claim that you received the wrong product from Zlaata. And all returned items must be unused and should have a price tag, bill copy, and packing intact with them.

  • Why is my return canceled?
  • After receiving the product, we will do a thorough check of the received items whether it is used, washed, or damaged. In addition to this, we will check for the package intact. If in case you didn’t meet any condition specified above it will not be accepted and the product will be returned at your own expense.
    While picking a return, our delivery agent will check on the product. They will make a quality check on the return product. If your product doesn’t pass the quality check, your return will be canceled and a refund will not be processed.

  • How do I exchange my product?
  • If you have a size-related concern or received a damaged product. We will accept the product exchange within the specified exchange time.
    Note: We are sorry for the inconvenience. We took the utmost care to provide the best service.

  • Are there any charges for return?
  • Zlaata doesn’t charge for the product return. But if you paid a shipping charge for the product while placing the order, only the product cost is refundable.
