After placing a return/exchange request it generally requires 3-5 business days.

No, you can only use them while making any purchase on our website.

In how many days I can receive my refund?

You may receive the refund amount in 8-10 business days once the quality check is done.

My order shows delivered, but I have not received it yet.

Generally, the order is delivered to the designated recipient at their delivery address solely by our delivery partner. Send us an email at Info@zlaata.com within two days if, despite the delivery notification, you have not received your order.

Note: Notification may not be taken into consideration if a complaint is brought up more than two days following delivery.

We send coupons that can be used to receive a discount when we announce deals and offers. Furthermore, we frequently run giveaways and exciting competitions in which a lucky winner could win coupons. You can also check our thread points on our website to receive rewards.

What are the care instructions for your products?

We attach tags to the clothing even though product-specific instructions may differ. However, the basic care guidelines are listed below.

  • Delicate machine wash
  • Do not bleach
  • Iron: Below 100°C
  • Do not wring
  • Do not use cloth softener 

How do I find my size?

We have included a size chart in inches/cm and measurement instructions beneath each product. We request individual measurements for customized products.

How can I track my order?

You can check your transit status on our website in your respective account and receive updates via text from the delivery partner. You may receive an update status on your WhatsApp number.

What is Zlaata’s cancellation policy?

Yes, we do allow cancellations, but only prior to the shipment procedure. Typically, shipping takes 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed. Additionally, you may always check the status of your shipment under order tracking.

What payment methods do you accept?

We support the following payment options:

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at the moment, Zlaata delivers products pan India.

Do you charge for shipping?

We apply zero shipping charges to the prepaid order. However, on COD orders we apply 99 rs as the shipping charges.

Can I return or exchange an item if I'm unsatisfied with my purchase?

Yes, you are eligible for a return/exchange if the product is unsatisfactory. 

Note: 1. Returns are acceptable if the order value is above 500.
          2. Returns are acceptable if the order was not placed in any combo sale. 


 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivering an order takes roughly 7-10 days. However, it takes 10–14 business days if the order is customized.   

Note- Any natural disaster that hits the company location or the delivery location might result in a delay, however we keep customers updated.


 

What are COD charges?

The cost of shipping for COD is Rs 99. 

Note: In case of any returns shipping charges are non-refundable.


 

What is the return/exchange policy?

We offer 7 days from delivery to claim a return/ exchange of the product purchased on Zlaata. If the product is customized or purchased in a combo offer we only have an exchange policy. 

Note: All returned items must be unused and should have the price tag, bill copy, and packing intact.


 

Do you charge extra for customized outfits?

Yes, we charge Rs250 extra for product customization.
