Return policy:

Zlaata always works for customer satisfaction! And we never want to disappoint your purchase. Meanwhile, if you have any issues with our product, don’t worry about returning. Because Zlaata has a customer-friendly return policy to address your problems.

  • Products that qualify for returns (ill-fit or defective products) can be sent back within 7 days of delivery.

  • We give three attempts to return your product. Ensure all the items are presented to the delivery person while returning the product including the price tag and accessories.

  • An unpacking video is necessary if you claim that you received the wrong product from Zlaata.

  • Incase of a return, the customer shall be obliged to provide us with the details mentioned as follows: Name, Contact no., Order ID, Bank Account details via the official e-mail ID to info@zlaata.com for smooth processing.

  • Zlaata takes up to 7 days to do reverse pickup. 

  • Return is not applicable on combo sale offers.

  • A refund will be initiated only after the product is pickup and all the necessary quality checks are done. It will take approximately 7-10 business days to credit your account.

  • The refunded amount will need 24 to 48 hours to reflect in your bank account.

  • The product pickup for Zlaata will take place where it is delivered. In case of any pickup queries, please contact our customer support team by providing all the necessary details.

  • All returns are subject to the discretion of Zlaata.

  • If a client returns the wrong items, we are not obligated to issue a refund; instead, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.


Exchange Policy:

  • Zlaata accepts exchanges for a period of seven days following the delivery date.
  • Items can only be exchanged if they are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags and labels attached (In the same condition as received).

  • Zlaata’s exchange policy gives customers a one-time exchange of the product. After being exchanged, an order cannot be returned.

  • We give three attempts to return or exchange your product. When exchanging, confirm you returned all the items to the delivery person.

  • Exchanges of only the same products are accepted at Zlaata.

  • Items purchased during the sale or offer won’t permit cancellation. It follows the terms and conditions of the sale.

  • For further exchange-related queries, contact our customer support team and provide your order number, name, address, and phone number within seven days of the product being delivered.

  • Exchange policy is applicable on combo sale offers. 


Replacement policy:

  • Replacements cannot be sent to a different address. Zlaata recommends the same address for pickup and delivery.
  • If the delivered products have any issues (Completely different from the product description page), a free replacement will be given as long as the item is in stock.
  • Contact our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving the product if it is defective. After raising a grievance, send us a screenshot of the damaged or defective product and a description of the damage.


Zlaata uses third-party logistics for processing all the orders. And the Zlaata customers have all the rights to deny the delivery if it is received in a tampered condition.
