International Shipping:
- We currently don't offer international shipping.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and text with a tracking number so you can track your package. Additionally, you can log in to your Zlaata account to track your order.
Packaging:
- All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us via Email or WhatsApp before the shipping of your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.
Return & Exchange:
- If you decide to return or exchange your order, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
Customized Items:
- Orders of customized products cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed once your return has been received and inspected. We perform a quality check to ensure the item is in its original condition. Once accepted, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that the refund processing time can take 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
