- We try our best for the quick delivery of your orders. It takes about 24 hours to ship products from our warehouse across India. If your order is more than five items, it requires extra time than expected.

- Shipping times may vary to factors beyond our control, such as unexpected weather and strike-related travel delays experienced by our delivery partners (our logistic partner: Shiprocket)
- An address change is accepted only if an order hasn't shipped. We cannot ship COD orders to non-serviceable pin code areas; hence we request advance payment from consumers to ship COD goods through alternate couriers.
- The orders that are shipped will be delivered to your provided address in 5-7 working days. If the mentioned address is not found, then it will be returned to our warehouse in India.
- You can cancel an order on Zlaata’s platform before it is packed at our warehouse. Within 7-10 business days, all prepaid orders will have their refunds reflected in their source accounts.
- For canceling your order, we will compensate you for everything except the shipping costs.
