STEP 01
Choose a gift card from our collection and select money Or, click "Create New" to create your personalized card.
STEP 02
Customise your gift card with background, element, and text.
STEP 03
Click "Save" and your gift card will be saved.
STEP 04
Select the amount you want to add to the card and click “Next.”
STEP 05
Enter the details and click "Add to cart" and your card will be added.
STEP 06
Click “Proceed to buy gift card” and complete your purchase.
After completion, we'll email the gift card to your friend and notify you the confirmation.
Check gift card balance
STEP 01
Click Check Balance from the side menu.
STEP 02
Enter the gift card number and click "Check Balance".
STEP 03
Gift Card Balance will be displayed.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Validity: The Zlaata Gift Card is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issuance.
- Delivery: You can send the Zlaata Gift Card via email or WhatsApp.
- Gift Card Restrictions: The gift card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
- Multiple Cards: You can combine multiple gift cards in a single order.
- Redemption: The gift card can only be redeemed for products available on Zlaata's online store.
- Order Cancellation: In case of order cancellation, the value of the gift card will be refunded to the original source card.
- Payment Process: To redeem the gift card, click on "Use a Gift card" option in checkout and enter the card number.
- Balance Check: You can check your gift card balance here.
- Non-Cashable: The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can it be transferred to a wallet.
- Lost or Stolen Cards: Zlaata is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards.
- Product Restrictions: Gift cards cannot be purchased with other Zlaata products.
